A botanical blend of birch, pine, meadowsweet, and heather. Grown, harvested, bundled, and dried by hand in Fäviken, Jämtland.
Light the tip of the smudge until it begins to glow and release fragrant smoke. Allow the flame to burn for a few seconds, then gently blow it out. Place the smudge on a heatproof surface and allow the aromatic smoke to unfold through the space.
When the ritual is complete, make sure the smudge is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended. Gently press the glowing end into a suitable non-flammable material.
A little ritual, whenever you need it. Never leave a burning smudge unattended. Keep away from children, pets, flammable materials and anything that can catch fire. Use only in a well-ventilated space and on a heatproof surface.
Each bundle weighs approximately 14 g. As each one is made by hand, weight and size may vary slightly.
