SHIPPING

At the moment, our online store ships within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and selected countries in Asia.

If you live elsewhere and wish to purchase our products, please send us an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com. Once your order has been placed, it will be processed within two business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please note that due to dangerous goods regulations we are only able to ship our Eau de Parfums by road service, and cannot be sent via air express. We are therefore unable to ship this product outside of mainland Europe.

EU countries: €10
UK, Norway and Switzerland: €10
USA and Canada: €20
UAE (Dubai), Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan: €30

Free delivery on orders over €60.

All orders outside the EU will be subject to VAT, import and customs duties and/or taxes. These charges will be country specific depending on where the purchase is made from. For any gift with purchase, import and customs duties and/or taxes will be applied based on the original product value. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

If you should wish to return a product, first let us know by sending an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com within 14 days following your purchase on our web shop. Wait for a confirmation email with a return label before shipping the product back to us.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer upon the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs and your expenses for returning the product to us will not be refunded.

If a product is defective due to manufacturing problem or if we have delivered the wrong product, you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for your expenses for returning the product. We will replace the product with a new product, and if the product is out of stock we will repay you the amount. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost.
