For dry to normal skin: Mix equal amount powder and water and blend well to create a creamy texture. Add 1 dropper of your preferred Björk and Berries face oil. Massage your face in a circular motion for a mechanical peel. Avoid eye area. Leave the mix on your skin for 10-15 minutes to let the enzymes work. Rinse off and follow up with hydrating serum followed by moisturiser/face oil.

Very sensitive skin: Mix equal amount powder with your preferred Björk and Berries face oil. Massage your face in a circular motion for a mechanical peel. Avoid eye area. This mixture will not activate the enzymes and will only work mechanically. Rinse and moisturise.
Overnight treatment: Mix equal amount powder and water and blend well to create a creamy texture. Add 1 dropper of your preferred Björk and Berries face oil. Massage your face in a circular motion for a mechanical peel. Avoid eye area. Use a soft brush or dry towel to remove the birch bark from your face and leave the creamy texture on your face overnight. Rinse off in the morning and follow up with serum/moisturiser/face oil.
Power Cleanse Treatment: Mix pea-sized amount of powder with 3-4 pumps of Nourishing Cleanser. Add a bit of water to create a smooth texture. Massage your face in a circular motion for a mechanical peel. Avoid eye area. Rinse off and moisturise.
Use 1-2 times per week. Once a week is enough for overnight treatment.
