EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you should wish to return a product, first let us know by sending an email to customer@bjorkandberries.com within 14 days following your purchase on our web shop. Wait for a confirmation email from us before shipping the product back to us.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and labels and original packaging are fully intact. Refunds for returned products will be made to the customer upon the return of the product. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, neither will your expenses for returning the product to us.

If a product is defective due to manufacturing problem or if we have delivered the wrong product, of course you have the right to return the product to us. We will compensate you for your expenses for returning the product to us. We will replace the product to a new product, but if the product is out of stock we repay you the amount. Please note that we don’t refund the original shipping cost.
