Bodycare during trying times

We are all feeling the strain from the outbreak of Covid 19, due to the situation, we are staying indoors.
At the same time, spring is breaking outside our windows and mother nature is ready to burst.
Spring cleansing in media is usually associated with various ways of dieting, rigours exercise and detoxing from the energy of the winter.

However, this might not be the time to intervene with all your habits; instead, tune in on a subtler level of consciousness and allow yourself to be human. Use this slow down to listen to what your body really needs.

Here is a guide on how you can care for your body gently.

First things first, let us do some inner housekeeping.

Even if you are staying at home, movement is essential, do breath-work and light stretches, take a short walk, but don't forget to mind your distance.

Exercise helps support the lungs and prevent upper respiratory infections. 
Then to stay positive start your day by smiling at your reflection in the mirror and ending by doing the same.

Now let us get down to some outer bliss.

This ritual will activate your lymphatic system, where unwanted toxins end up. When this happens, you feel bloated, and both lethargic energy and waste gets stuck in your fascia.

1. Dim the lights and turn off your phone, light a Never Spring candle.

2. Dry brushing your skin will kick start your lymphatic system, which helps you remove toxins from the body.
